Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back in its original packaging within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of the following items they can not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items eg earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Although I package all orders very well in the unlikely event of something arriving broken I will of course replace free of charge.


We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days, however some products may take slightly longer but this will always be written in the product description. If you require your item sooner please do let us know and I will try my best to meet you needs. 

UK orders: First Class Royal Mail 1 - 3 working days from dispatch. 

International orders: Royal Mail generally 7 - 14 working days from dispatch and occasionally I have know packages to take three weeks to get to America, this is rare but possible however most orders will arrive well before this time.

If you would like your order to be tracked please contact me. Please note that international postage tracking will cost around £9 or $13.50 US Dollars.

Deliveries to central, South and Central America and Africa have been know for up to 7 weeks to get there. Please allow time for this.

Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the onus is on the customer to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to this policy.
